This site was created with all of  Renaissance Montrose Home Owners in mind.  We will update this site monthly with a recap of our HOA meetings, community issues and concerns.  You will also find a Calendar of Events which will include our Association Meeting schedule an informative Newsletter and Links to useful information .  We welcome suggestions and encourage everyone to get involved!!

Our Board consists of a President, Secretary, Treasurer and an "At Large" member.  They are elected once per year and are happy to answer any questions you may have.  All of your suggestions to improve our community are most welcomed!
